Perp Francis the Talking Mule Sure Is Getting Desperate

COMMENTARY | Way back in the day, when the world refused to accept anyone else as “God's elect” or any claims of dominion over them, the ancient Jews invented the religion of Christianity, in an attempt to bring all Gentiles under the control and enslavement of their archetype, thereby usurping Human psychic energies under the control of a select few.

As Christianity was inflicted upon Humanity via the Inquisition, free-thinking rebellious souls refused this template for the mindset required for obedient slaves, so, Islam - under the just-as-mythical Elijah Muhammed - was the next attempt at preventing humanity from discovering their own spiritual power.

And, for quite some time, those select few did enjoy unchallenged power over the world. The latest monster-at-the-helm is known as Pope Francis.

Then, with the invention of the Internet, the free flow of information began. With this knowledge – the revelation of who is behind the world's ills - all of Humanity has been exposed to the truth of their own enslavement. This knowledge has shaken the very foundation of power, enjoyed for far too long by those who saw the non-Jew as nothing more than “goyim.”

Now, those who would bring back the Dark Ages – given the chance – are finding themselves facing the very real threat of irrelevance. Their false guilt has failed. Their threats of Hell as punishment for the “disobedient” has failed. Their false claims of “love” are exposed as nothing more than the type of love a farmer would have for his cattle.

They are desperate. They are scared. This is good.

According to Alarabiya News, the Vatican is hosting Islamic prayers at the Vatican, for the first time in history This author cannot help but see this as an act of desperate solidarity against the free-thinking Human minds which will no longer accept their own enslavement and the abuses suffered for so long. We have had enough.

The National Catholic Register announced this event last Friday and this author is only surprised to have missed the announcement. This event comes as a follow-up to the meeting between Perp Francis the Talking Mule and the Nation of Israel last May.

How can any thinking Human not be thrilled by such news? It seems, finally, we are witnessing the death-throes of an abusive, monstrous, vicious and tyrannical reign of the very people who would destroy evreything and everyone they can not control.

And, mark these words down – They will not control us. We are not your cattle.

The opinions expressed in this post are those of the author alone and do not necessarily reflect those of any agent, employee, member or sponsors of this website – or quite possibly anyone else, for that matter.

Feel Like Beating the Crap Out of the NSA?

Nearly one year ago – June 5, 2013, Edward Snowden released his first piece of information exposing the domestic spying program of the NSA. It seemed like half the world was shocked by the revelation of a domestic spying campaign here in the “Land of the Free.” The other half sat back and regurgitated the phrase, “I have nothing to hide,” thoughtlessly and like a well-trained slave.

I truly believe there are many in the US government who might not be interested in power-lust. I say, “might not be.” But, for every decent, reasonable, thinking human in government, there are even more who can only make ecisions based on how it affects them and screw the founding documents, human rights, free expression or liberty. For each agent who might convince me to trust them, I know there are at least a dozen more who can not be...read the rest here, on Bubblews.

Negative Thinking: Some Tips to Help Combat Self-Criticism

We all need it. We may not like it, but, negative thinking has saved our patooties more times than we know. Negative thinking isn't always so negative. Self-criticism can be your best friend. But not every situation in life requires self-criticism. Sometimes, a body needs to be a body's best friend as well as it's own worst enemy.
Those of us whose mind is somehow "flawed" or "imperfect," and we are in fact, not one of the fair-haired children of this world, see things a bit differently than most. Where most people see a challenge, we see a battle. Where most others get angry and then get over it, we see a reason to carry the embers of the cold fire of revenge, until it eats at our skin too.

It is all-too-easy to slip into the default mode of anger and negativity towards ourselves, sometimes to the point of not being capable of even supporting our own efforts, as well. It's been known to happen that, even mundane activities, such as housekeeping-even basic hygiene-can be seen as futile in the light of the self-critic. Excessive self-criticism can develop into full-blown clinical depression.
Controlling negative thinking is a bit like living with a food addiction. We need to think in order to live, just as we must eat and while the food addict wrestles with their addiction with each bite, we wrestle our self-criticism with each memory...each action. Some folks get to a point that the assistance of a doctor or a therapist might be needed.
I've been fortunate to have acquired some good information over the years, and as my own life has occasionally tanked, I've found ways to struggle back against my own self-defeat. That information has come from as varied of sources as Anthony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Lao Tsu, Sun Tsu, Donald Trump, and Norman Swarzkopff. There have been others...many others. But these particular individuals seem specialized with self-understanding.
Before presenting these to you, it's necessary for me to point out the fact that this is not exhaustive. I believe no one could cover every possible scenario. There will always be an exception to a rule and some folks might be in need of professional help. However, most others are quite capable of negotiations with their own minds. So for those who need the ability to see your own achievements, as well as your flaws, here are a few tools I've been fortunate enough to have learned and would like to share:
Tips to deal with chronic negative thinking and excessive self-criticism tip number one:
Question your thoughts
All too often, a thought-pattern can become so ingrained, like a tradition if you will, that we continue using the phrase (I.e., "I need a cigarette," "I hate my life," or "Nobody loves me.") without ever questioning it's validity.
At the time the phrase was first used, it might have actually even been valid. Since it worked then, a person might continue using it, like a crutch whether it's still valid or not. Upon questioning that negative thought pattern or belief ("Do I really need that cigarette?" "If I really hated my life, wouldn't I be dead?" or "Even if I am so ugly even a mother couldn't love me, there's still me, and I'm a value."), it'll be so obviously invalid.
The power of these negative, self-critical thoughts rests within our beliefs of their validity. Challenging our own beliefs negates their strength because it causes us to step out of "auto-pilot" mode, and to see that, our habitual thoughts might not really apply to reality at all.
Oftentimes some of these self-criticism and negative thought patterns are simple universal generalizations that, we picked up as children, long ago. While we were children, those adults influencing us, were just as screwed up then as we are now.
Challenge your own negative thinking honestly. Your answers will always be in silence. No one will know what you really tell yourself unless you share...and who's listening anyway?
Tips to deal with chronic negative thinking and excessive self-criticism tip number two:
Reverse your thoughts
This method almost sounds too simplistic to be effective, until you try it, and see what the word "effective" really means! It's been my experience with this method, to almost feel the exact moment, when my state-of-mind changes. Let me tell you: It's pretty exciting to experience a change so immediate and drastic as to know when it occurs. You'll be a believer in controlling your own brain the first time you try it.
Anytime the old "tapes" of negative thinking and self-criticism start playing, as soon as the messages normally ran go, just reverse them!
As an example: Let's say you always tell yourself "I'm not good enough," when it comes to the idea of a new job. Make it a point that the first words out of your mouth next are to the effect of "You'd be crazy to not hire me," and look the new employer right in the eyes while you say it.
At the very least, reversing any habitual thought will make you pause in your motions to consider whether what you normally say is even true here in reality. Do it right now, in fact. Take any negative, self-critical thought you normally have and tell yourself the exact opposite, even if it feels ridiculous at first. Be as blatant and extreme as it takes. The statements you tell yourself now, are blatant and extreme, are they not?
Say the exact opposite, at least to yourself, of any negative, self-critical thought you normally encounter. Don't knock it 'til you try it. Sometimes, the corny stuff, works better than the fancy methods. Give it a try. There's no equipment to buy. No membership fees are due. There's no monthly contract! You already have everything you need to do this! So do it!
Tips to deal with chronic negative thinking and excessive self-criticism tip number three:
Replace your thoughts
The first two methods shared are really just variations of this one method. I just wanted you to see those two examples before you saw the third method, so you'll have something to begin battling self-criticism, and negative thinking by the time you finish this piece. How's that for a sweeping statement?
The first two methods of doing what we're talking about, here in the third, are tools to help you through those "on-the-spot" moments in life. When you're facing a moment that might not allow, or accept, you taking a few minutes for a one-hour chant. But basically, with the first two methods, you're doing a "band-aid" version of this step.
Once a day (I recommend mornings because less drivers are out and you set your metabolism for the day) take the time to get some walking, jogging, yoga, or other form of exercise in. While you're out and about, pick a simple, catchy, and memorable phrase to repeat to yourself. I like "Every day in every way my life is getting better and better." Repeat this for the duration of your exercise.
Use your personal chant after each round of a breathing exercise I learned from Anthony Robbins that was once researched by MIT. While walking or exercising, inhale in four shorts gasps, and exhale in four similar, short bursts. "In-in-in-in, out-out-out-out. Every day in every way my life is getting better and better!" Don't listen to any music, have any coffee, or focus on anything other than your breathing, and your chant, until you're done.
This isn't just self-talk. It works because you picked up your negative thinking, and self-criticism in much the same way. Most people mope about in the morning, thinking of all they're worried over, and afraid of. Eventually, as they focus only on the negative and self-critical, that's exactly what they lead themselves to.
All thought patterns are habitual after they've been used long enough. Another way of saying it is you've grown comfortable in their usage. Replacing negative thinking requires the development of new habits. So...develop some new habits...on purpose! Be proactive. Pursue your happiness.
Giving yourself these chants are simply re-focusing, from the negative thought patterns normally shared, onto the new one. Even if all you have is as little as fifteen minutes in the morning, start this, and watch it grow into an entirely new perspective instead of the normal self destructive pattern. Daily practice is crucial...and this works.
Eventually, the new, happy thought pattern will replace the negative thoughts of self-criticism. It sticks because the breathing pattern combined with the chant helps it stick in the mind. You'll still be able to access the self-criticism skills as needed. But now you know how to put them back when done.
The key is consistency. Someone needs to be as consistent and as stubborn in giving themselves a break as they are in giving themselves a hard time with negative thinking and self criticism.

Use the Power of Your Mind to Determine Your Own Limits

A Simple Exercise

Most folks today are followers. We're given a kind of set of 'instructions' from birth to death and we seldom, if ever, deviate from them.

Being taught, for example, to never question or 'disrespect' authority leads many of us into a life of obedience and un-necessary self-sacrifice to folks who do not even deserve such a position of power over us or anyone else.

I was once like you. I was taught through all of my youth that some people are just 'born to' do certain things. Sadly some of these 'things' included being happy, free, prosperous, and self-determining of one's future. Others, like myself I was told, had to just accept what life handed them.

Well, fortunately for me I'd ran into some problems just a few short years back that made me decide to choose whether I'd just accept what life had for me or to choose my own destiny. Without going into too much detail I faced either going to prison for a crime I never committed or to stand and fight the injustice, abuse of power, and blatant dishonesty all too common within the ranks of those who lust for power.

I chose the latter.

It was a struggle to be sure. After so many years of blind trust in religion, the police, family, and well-meaning 'friends' it was difficult to rely solely upon my own mind, reasoning ability, thought capacity, and courage. In addition, many of these 'friends' fell by the way-side when I began to question, and even disagree with, their well-intended, but all too ignorant, advice. When all was said and done all that were left were those all too precious and rare true friends.

At the end of the day though isn't that all any of us ever really want...our true friends?

But I digress...

In the midst of this particular struggle, I'd come across a book about something called NLP or Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (Neuro=Nervous system, Linguistic=Language or talk, Programming=a set of commands or instructions for pre-determined responses or actions for any computer-including the human brain). Now I'm not going to try to claim any sort of expert status here. I'm not even going to engage you in any sort of elaborate training.

I'm only here today to offer you one simple exercise that will demonstrate the effectiveness of how your brain, and what you tell yourself, can directly and measurably affect results obtained in your body and your life. From there, I'd suggest that you do a Google search for the term NLP, or maybe even, Anthony Robbins himself.

This maneuver will show you just the tiniest example of how you can take yourself beyond what you now believe to be your own limits. Here it is:

It's much easier to do and more 'fluid' if you read these instructions all the way through first and then do the exercise.

Standing with your feet together and your legs straight, bend over and come as close to touching your toes as possible. If you're able to touch your toes, fine, go as far as you can comfortably and without 'bouncing' or hurting yourself.

Make a note of how far you went. Did you reach all the way to your toes? Or, did you go all the way to the floor? Or are you like my incredibly agile children and put your palms flat on the floor (most folks never get that far the first time-believe me)? Regardless of how far you reached comfortably just make a mental note. Standing back up, close your eyes, picture in your mind how far you got. Then see yourself standing back up.

Without opening your eyes see yourself going a little farther in another imaginary attempt. I don't mean just an inch or two. If you reached, in reality the last time, to your toes then see yourself going out to the floor...maybe even resting your fist on the floor. See yourself going this far two or three times. With each mental repetition tell yourself, in a casual and relaxed fashion, 'I can do this.' Remember; you're only doing this part of the exercise in your mind.

Now, with your eyes open, actually do another stretch in reality. Again be careful not to bounce or strain; just don't limit yourself to your last result. Go for the distance that you visualized.

At this point; I bet dimes to doughnuts (because I do like my doughnuts) that you very well might have gone as far as you visualized.

Pretty amazing isn't it?

Basically what just happened is you've re-programmed your mind to let you relax enough to achieve a different result than you were used to. If you're from this planet, you're muscles are at a certain level of tension at all times, you're used to a certain level of physical activity, and you have a 'status-quo' as far as what you normally picture yourself doing, all due to what you've been taught, told or believe about yourself; and now you've given yourself a new set of instructions. As you now go and study NLP for yourself, you'll learn a wide variety of ways to apply this basic approach to all areas of your life whether it's physically, romantically, financially, or vocationally.

After you've made significant progress in your life; feel free to stop back and say hi.

The Bible is Anti-American-Video

When someone says a comment such as mine, that the Bible is anti-American, I can imagine the sounds of panties getting into bunches all over the country. But it's true, just the same. All feelings aside, that book is not a source for any guidelines of a free and just society.

Let's be clear: I'm not saying goodness ia anti-American. I'm not saying morality is anti-American. The people of America are – in fact – some of the best, most moral and even generous people who have ever lived. This commentary has nothing to do with any of that though.

Read that book. I won't accept anyone saying “but I have.” If you can try telling me that book has anything to do with liberty and freedom, then I can call bullshit, because you've obviously never read those legends about the brutal dictator of a sky god humanity once worshiped. I hope you enjoy the video.

Three good reasons to fear no evil

Just because I cannot reconcile my understanding of the world around me with a belief in any sort of a deity, it doesn't mean I deny the existence of evil. What I see as evil might not be things like particular words or what consenting adults do in the privacy of their bedrooms, but I certainly see evil in those actions which cause unnecessary harm to others. Evil exists in a variety of forms, and even with no God to point the way, walking knee-deep in its flood is perhaps the most natural thing in life.

Both we non-believers and believers alike must deal with the various forms of evil. Whether a person responds to it by turning inward and praying or whether a person responds by turning inward and rationalizing, the net result is the same. It's still there. The existence of evil by the hands of others is one of those immutable facts of life. Denial will not make it go away and it feeds on our fear.

There are three reasons I will not live my life in fear of the harm some might wish on others. There may be more, but for now, I'm only able to identify these three. Maybe, just maybe, one of them could prove key in helping a reader cope with something they're going through. I sure hope so. That person – whomever they are – is the reason I share this today.

Reason number one to fear no evil: I give as good as I get, maybe better. I'm not a big guy, compared to what most consider big guys. I try not to be loud. I try not to impose on others. So, win or lose, anyone who tries to hurt me, mine or anyone in my company will – at the very least – be left with a scar they can brag about later. I won't lie and claim to have won every challenge in my life. I've lost plenty of encounters (physical or otherwise) but no enemy has ever forgotten me.

Reason number two to fear no evil: I could be wrong. In cases where dealing with a harmful person isn't so much a case of a direct conflict, it could be nothing more than a case of different perspectives. I used to think my ex was evil. I now realize hers was a case of someone doing what they felt they had to do. I used to use the figure-of-speech in that sometimes what appears to be a demon is just an angel with a job to do. For example; a burglar might “think” of the police as the enemy. But all of the rest of society knows the cops are just protecting lives and property. In this case, it's the burglar who would be wise to seek a new line of work. Having done so, he may find those officers to be some great allies. (This is merely for illustrative purposes. I'm neither a burglar nor a cop. Please keep the rumors to yourself.)

Reason number three to fear no evil: Evil people eat their own. This is my primary reason for living my life boldly, even in the face of the most vicious and unnecessarily harmful. Ultimately, even in cases where I might lose a challenge and even in those cases where it's not so much a matter of perspective, evil eventually destroys itself. The burglar has to, at some point, transport their loot in a suspicious manner and the law-of-averages will eventually catch up to them with an officer on patrol. Perhaps they'll break into the home of a well-armed and protective homeowner.

Those in power who would oppress their subjects eventually accumulate too many enemies. Liars and false accusers over-speak their case, eventually giving away a key detail and trip themselves up. Murderers live with the memories of their victims. This list could go on forever. One day, in some way and at the most inconvenient time, evil people do themselves in. I may not get to witness it myself, but I know it happens this way. I've seen it happen enough times to take confidence in my walk through this world. I hope you do too.

Election 2012: Why I Really Am Afraid President Barack Hussein Obama is Going to Be Re-elected

President Barack Obama Will Find Himself Working Another Four, as a Lame Duck President, Sadly President Barack Obama has low approval numbers in slanted polls, but folks are carrying more wealth around on them, than they were during the Bush administration. Even those who have endured majorly catastrophic job loss are finding themselves employed again. Although the money isn't what it used to be, it is what it is. We make due with what we have around here, but money's not the reason he'll be re-elected.

President Barack Obama still has the majority of the "minority" vote. I get it. I'm also perfectly fine with it. I'm glad to see the chance for a non-European, person to have the chance to introduce African-American lineage to the American presidency, and vice-versa. But even with all of the intense emotions a racially-directed discussion will no doubt ensue, skin color still is not the reason he'll be re-elected.

Although the job has aged him, like it does all, he still carries televisable charisma, and will use the tv pulpit. He still, in the words of S. Colbert " 'looks presidential.' " But were Barack H Obama's looks to remain near "Howdy-Doody" state of perpetual existence, his looks would not be the answer as to why He's going to find himself re-elected, as America's latest lame duck presidential retard.

The main reason President Barack Hussein Obama is going to be re-elected as President of the United States of America in 2012, to serve out four final years of the greatest enemy American industry and business has ever known, because Republicans will not advance a credible opposition candidate. We're stuck, working with our Catfish-in-Chief.

While the country is in need of a business-minded leader on the executive end of government, who also considers our uniquely American, exceptional, individual rights, what we all too often get from both Republican and "independent" candidates, is someone whose beliefs get in the way of their political functionality. It's not some small group of men in Western Germany, Switzerland, or Austria who decide our chosen leader for each of the next four years. We'll be picking President Obama again, because Republicans won't leave the abortion and gay rights issues alone, and get back down to business.

Rather than get a money-focused candidate like Dr Ron Paul, or Donald Trump (Trump/Paul? Paul/Trump anyone?) the Republican leadership will advance a candidate who "speaks the right magic words" to the religious extremists in the country, thereby having the effect of getting support from other quasi-idealistic type public figures' support.

It would be nice to see the Republican leadership to rubber-stamp a presidential candidate for 2012 who speaks to the not-as-silent-anymore-majority of Americans. But sadly, no. The only opposition up against President Barack Obama will be an idiot, with several consuming distractions. Even if one of the "big 10" were to win, we'd only be worse off. And I am sad for it, sort of. Still, I have no doubt we'll negotiate our way around Obama, as the lame duck he will be, like we've had to, with so many others before.

The Third Continental Congress: is the United States Government Being Recalled? by Donald Pennington

What Does the Third Continental Congress Mean to the United States Government?
The current American Government is being called to task.

Is the American government being recalled? According to Freedom.TV, it is. At the mentioned source, several individuals are organizing under what's known as the Third Continental Congress of November 11th, 2009 at the Pheasant Run Resort, in Saint Charles, Illinois.
This action appears to be brought together by a number of concerned, semi-prominent citizenry (No hit intended). The assembly of the Third Continental Congress, by American citizens, is the peaceable means by which we, the citizenry, can restore America's constitutional republic.

Why is the Third Continental Congress opposing the current government?

It seems many of the people of the United States have finally grown impatient with a government that is completely out of touch with the people and leading this once great land towards a socialist end. The individuals attending this convention, as many Americans do, feel our current system of government has gained too much in power, at the expense, of too many of it's intended subjects.

As found on Answers.com a brief history tidbit on the First and Second Continental Congresses were

Top Ten Reasons to Just Decriminalize Marijuana Already by DonPennington.info

Although I Touch the Stuff No More Here's My Position:

I know the subject of the possibility of legal marijuana is a sensitive one for most folks in the world today. I understand that millions upon millions of good people have been hurt by bad people on both sides of the law on this issue already. This is merely an opinion piece in regards to a very common social condition and I would strongly advise against the participation in any activity which is currently illegal.

(Personal discussion is also welcome in the form of rational, mature, respectful comments. Questions are welcome. I'll do all that I can. I'll even admit if I find myself somehow "wrong." But, can an opinion be "wrong," or can they only be different?)

You might even want to investigate whether it's even legal where you are, for you to be reading this sort of an opinion piece, in your community. I am presenting this particular topic solely for, the purposes of discussion as adults, at most, but at least for your entertainment, and consideration only. We Americans should all so exercise our freedom of speech.

It's time for America to discuss, through proper legal channels, the decriminalization of marijuana for personal use and possession. Doesn't it make some sense to rationally discuss reasons to legalize marijuana? There might be solutions to many of our country's ills by mere decriminalization. There is often more to the analysis of any given subject of unpopular topics than what seems apparent.

I'm not bringing up the subject as a wannabe comedian. There are serious issues we Americans are facing that can easily be solved by legalizing marijuana. And when I mention the subject, I'm asking it to be considered by acceptable processes first, and even then, still never the personal use of marijuana.

It's foolish to smoke the stuff. But we should consider exploiting the market. I'm also not in support of "drugs" in general. The only substance that, should even be considered as an option for legalization, is marijuana. Tobacco should be under tighter controls than marijuana. Ideally, folks would be free of any external substance requirements in order to live long, prosperous, fulfilling lives but reality now is what it is. Let's remain as totally objective as we can here.

Also, unlike 99.9975% of all other poster and bloggers speaking on the issue of marijuana legalization, I'm putting my usual name to it. It's something people need to speak up for if you're in support of the de-criminalization of a natural substance.

I'm just hoping that folks will come to understand the details of the points I want to make today and share their views. If we all consider the points made here more of you will understand why marijuana should be legal here in the United States.
