To make 2 1/2 cups of applesauce, core and chop up 2 cups of fresh raw apple, into small pieces. Place them in a sauce pan with 1/4 cup of honey, and 1 cup of water, with a pinch of cornstarch dissolved thoroughly between the fingertips. Bring to boil and hold for one minute, stirring.
Remove from heat, let cool some, and mix in blender. Serve up when chilled. Be sure to blend while the mix is still a little warm, on high for a full minute. Refrigerate leftover portions. Eat quickly.
Welcome to my blog. You never really know what to expect to find here. Some days, I might think I'm funny. Other days, I'm a little more serious. Sometimes, I'm just sharing a friend with you. Stick around and see what comes up next.

2 Whaddya Think?:
Wow what a great idea. And easy for someone like me that doesn't cook very well. Pretty sure I can't mess this one up.
Yes, you can. You can mess it right up. Add some cinnamon and a touch of sugar.
